Is there a way of displaying whose online in the forum like what there is on other forum software or will this be in new version?

How long are we looking at waiting for new version roughly? weeks/months?

Not at the moment. We have tried to introduce it three times but it slowed the servers to a crawl.

I hope to have the new version ready around Christmas.

is there any chance of 'whos online' bein reintroduced cos i signed up (probably rather naively) thinking that I would have this feature. My forum is only small and wouldnt slow the servers. Its just that for the purpose of my forum this feature would be invaluable.

Is thee a way round it at all?

As far as I know, no-one has a workaround.
