Super Admin reports he can get in with no problem and sees all features but shows no one online which is very unusual this time of day. Mine is still like the shot and now I will work on reducing that.

The forum is fine but I think something is up with your active users.

I restarted the server just in case.

Thank you so much. What a relief. No one seems to be having a problem but Lady RV...so I am perplexed. I am not techy though like all of you. Past working the ForumCo software...I am in the dark.

I do not know if you reset the server or not but Lady RV is getting the same thing. I can't get to any pms along with most on the forum. My personal ID has not problem no does Super Admin. I have not had anyone else complain either.

Apparently the problems were caused by a faulty network cable to one of the servers.

It appears the connection to the Avatars is not working in the Montana Owners Forum. If you get a chance, would you please re-establish that connection?

I first noticed our forum had a problem ("installation variables not loaded") late Tuesday (5/28) night. I went to this site to report the problem but was unable to access it. Any connection attempt failed with the infamous "500 Server Error...". Both systems were unavailable all day yesterday causing some concern with our members.

Is there another email address we can use to report problems when the entire ForumCo system is down?

Lady RV is still broken. Same responses as above to begin with and I cannot move around the forum.

Lady RV still is dead in the water. I can sign in however I cannot go anywhere and see anything and it is still showing no one online.

Thank you. Saw where members announced it was not working again. I as Lady RV am still the same, dead in the water. The MOC Admin reports no major issues and here and on our forum it is painfully slow. The this page was generated in, is not accurate at all even on here. This had to take at least 30 seconds if not longer and bottom of page show 1.76 seconds. Thank you for all the help. Our members get very nervous when they cannot get on the forum.
