I guess we both may have spoke too soon, it still gives me notice that the "username/password is incorrect" when I try to sign in as Rulmer (the moderator account).
This started after I edited a misspelled word in my post to you about "Still Moderating". When I edited that topic the program threw the topic in the SPAM forum, and I didn't have the option available to replace it in the "Moderators Only" section of this support forum.
You do realize all this is to do with my support forum sign in, and not my personal forum you host for me?
As a moderator, in the past I have placed and transferred spam postings in the SPAM folder, and I didn't have any problems signing in afterwards; so therefore I don't think your anti spam protection has classified me as a "spammer". But, I guess anything is possible?
I also wonder why the forum "Moderators Only" did not appear in my drop down options when I tried to place the topic back where it should have stayed when I did that word edit?

I must have, because I'm not sure what you're asking about? |

I miss read your post, I'll try that feature. However my password has never changed on that account. I'll report back what it says. |

After going through the process and setting the "New" password (which I set as the same old one) it now works.
Thanks for the help. If I have problems again I'll post back. Rulmer |

I do now see other options (forums available) to move a topic. But, the "Moderators Only" forum is not in the list. Maybe it never has been an option to me. That's okay with me, but I did not understand why it messed up my password when I looked for the option to do so before. I had simply backed out of the option before, as I just did once again checking for the option. After I sign out from this login I'll see if the same problem happens again.
I'll post back either way. |

I was able to log out, and able to log back in. So, I guess we are good to go.
Don't worry about me not seeing the "Moderators Only" forum in the drop down list. If I need , or wish to have a topic moved to that forum I can simply copy it to that forum.
I see the forum, it's just not an option for me to move topics to that forum (per the drop down list). |

I checked both the SPAM forum, and the Moderators Only forum. Neither show the Moderators Only forum in their drop down list of forums. I did some checking by going through the process of editing a topic (but I did not follow through with the process all the way by submitting any change).
I also noticed, that not only is the Moderators Only forum not showing as one of the forum options from the Spam forum, but it is not an option from the drop down list of its own forum. When I use the "Edit Topic" option of a topic within the Moderators Only forum, the sub-tap (opening widow that shows where the topic is at) auto indicates the "SPAM" forum.
All this is not a problem for myself, now that I'm aware of the situation. In the future I will need to be less concerned about any spelling mistakes I make when posting in the "Moderators Only" forum.
As far as a snap shot, the drop down window goes away when I bring up my snipping tool program. Anyway, the Moderators Only forum is not one of the forums within the options of forums to move a topic to.
I have not checked all other forums to see if the Moderators Only forum is listed in their options of forums to move a topic to.
But, really, this is not a problem for me now that I understand the limitations and options available about moving topics to the Moderators Only forum from other forums.
Thank you for looking into this. |

Yes
I checked the SPAM Forum, and can now see the Moderators Only as one of the options to move the (a) topic to.
Thanks |

Padraic..... this is an ongoing problem with our board. At least once a day our board suffers from lock outs, incorrect password notifications, etc. It happens to everyone on the board, including the admins. What can you do about this. Our group is schhresidents.forumco.com. thanks
