When checking the Active Users I found that Guest were veiwing forums that are supposed to be for only logged in Members. Below is a copy of the report. Have I set something up wrong? This is the first time I have seen this.

I thought perhaps it was just the archived topics but I don't think so? The example below is why?

I don't see anything above to suggest that.

Which forum in post one is for logged in members only?
In post two "Unknown" doesn't mean they are viewing a forum they shouldn't be.

It is the "Unknown" ones now that you have mentioned it. So if it's not showing which browser they are using they are viewing areas they are not supposed to be, but actually can't see them?

Specifically for instance these two:

There was another couple a minute or so before but I didn't think about copying and pasting fast enough to catch those. I'm not sure if they were archived threads or not?

I'm confused as when I log out I can't even find or get near those areas. How would they even be able to find a link to those threads?

I have this fear that I am asking a really dumb question here and I'm simply missing something you're trying to tell me?

They aren't viewing places they shouldn't.

Active users returns "unknown" for some places of the forum for security reasons.

Thank you, that clears that up with the exception of how they are even seeing those areas that have archived topics as those forums are hidden for member only viewing areas.

I couldn't find that topic - "I don't know about the rest of you" but I bet its in a forum that isn't protected.

You know that you can prevent any guests from viewing the forum by enabling "require registration" in the admin area.
