Howdy,
Thanks for reading this. Its purpose is to help us provide better support to everyone. You can help by following these rules when you can
1. Before posting a new thread please search to see if your question has been answered before.
2. Use an appropriate subject for your post. Subjects like HELP!!!!! do not help people searching for help on a particular subject (see above)
3. Always post your forum url - http://www.forumco.com/username or http://username.forumco.com include it in your sig if you like.
4. Always copy and paste any error messages you have received or any information you think might help narrow down the problem
5. Always try to keep to the topic at hand. If you wish to post about something unrelated, please do so in another thread.
6. Before posting a new thread please search to see if your question has been answered before.
(I know I mentioned this before but its important!)
7. Search the knowledgebase - http://help.forumco.com
8. If you need to email us, use the helpdesk.
You will be automatically assigned a ticket number which you should not edit out of the subject line. You should reply to email to us (as opposed to sending new emails) as this allows us to track your issue.
