Where are you clicking on Add Picture ?

You need not worry about it too much. Its because CommunityServer changed their licencing model the last time I applied an upgrade. I just need to delete some unused galleries to get rid of it. Rather than do that though I will be replacing it altogether. I find it very slow and cumbersome.
