MY QUESTIONS ARE:
1.CAN I UPLOAD MUSIC TO THE FORUM WHAT ARE THE CODES FOR THAT?
2.HOW CAN I MAKE A FORUM PRIVATE SO NO ONE CAN GO IN THERE?

1. You cannot upload music to the forum - see the terms of service.
2. You must be logged in to see this link. This tutorial will show you how to password protect a forum but you could choose any of the other methods from the dropdown list.

You could use You must be logged in to see this link. to host your mp3's. Linking or distributing copyrighted music is a violation of our terms of service and your board could be deleted. Obviously if you own the copyright to the music you would be entitled to link to the mp3's.
