Hi,

Please can you let me know if I am able to retrieve the data from my forum (i.e. first name, surname, email address)and, if so, in what format (Access database etc.)? I would like to be able to use this data with other applications for mail merges etc.

Also, is it possible to use a domain name that I own for my forum, rather than using the forumco subdomain?

You cannot connect to the forum and download user data.

You will have to use your registrar's services to forward your domain.
