My regular monthly payment failed because "merchant account has been suspended." I think that is something that needs to be fixed on your end. I know all my credit card information is still correct. Please don't let my forum get cancelled. Along the same line, is there some way for me to make a backup of the forum just in case?

You can safely ignore the message. WorldPay are switching us over to a new account
and have suspended the old one until the new one is set up.
