I replied to your e-mail regarding the billing thing and haven't heard back from you. I need to know how much we owe? Also I don't understand the new password for the World Pay Account and why I need one.

Didn't get the email yet.

All of our billing is handled by WorldPay. If you use the username and password to login here - https://select.worldpay.com/wcc/admin you can update your billing information.

You can also see a history of all charges, etc.
