I'm still on free trial at the moment and I'd like to cancel my account. Not that I'm not pleased with the service and the forum but it's because a friend of mine already bought a bloody forum. bah! so there's no need for me to run this one.

The reason you cannot see it in your Paypal account is because you cancelled it 17 days ago on the 15th February. It should be listed in your account history though. |

If you had clicked on my "member" name you would have seen the link to my website and forum. I went to my paypal account as I read the previous posts. There is NOTHING at my paypal account that mentions forumco.com in any way shape or form, and there are no Forumco.com account management tools there at all. |

where is my account management tools??? I have a paid account, and if I want to downgrade, manage my personal info, change my billing info address etc, where the hell is the account management tools???

How do i cancel my account if it is charged to my credit card. It has been a while since i started my forum what all information do i need and where do i go.

Just cancel it from your PayPal account.
