Sorry if the answer to this is obvious but how do I go about setting up polls on our board? I can not see the option to turn on Polls anywhere, or even start a new poll.

Any advice appreciated

You have to enable it on each individual forum. i.e. click the pencil icon to the right of one forum on your board's mainpage. You will see the option to enable polls.

p.s. Polls are enabled on the forum, and yet the options still do not appear.
